THE NEXT STEP IN YOUR RIDING JOURNEY
More Than Additional Saddle Time
Leasing gives riders the opportunity to build a deeper partnership with one horse while gaining the consistency and confidence that come from riding more often. Each lessee is matched with a primary lease horse and follows a structured weekly schedule designed to support rider progress and responsible horse care. Along with additional saddle time, lessees develop practical horsemanship skills and enjoy a more ownership-like experience—without the full cost and responsibility of owning a horse.

Not Sure You’re Ready to Commit?
Try leasing for one month before choosing a longer agreement.
Approved riders may begin with a one-month lease trial for $150. The trial includes one independent ride each week, continued participation in the Swan River tuition lesson program, and use of the lease horse as the rider’s primary lesson mount whenever appropriate.
The trial is available once per rider and is designed to help evaluate the horse-and-rider match and whether leasing is the right next step.
